Musa is an accomplished professional in Auditing and Financial Management, and a registered member of National Board of Accountants and Auditor of Tanzania (NBAA) as Associate Cer tified Public Accountant in Public Practice ACPA- PP (T) together with Masters of Sciences in Financial Management and Control from The Hague University of applied sciences in the Nether lands. During his Masters studies in The Hague he gained experience of International Donor Funded Project by working as Finance Intern at International Organization of Migration in The Netherlands He is a professional with a demonstrated history of auditing clients in various sectors such as gov
ernment entities, donor funded projects, higher learning institutions, financial services, utilities, marketing and distribution.

He had worked with National Audit Office of Tanzania (NAOT) for 6 years where he led audit teams
in more than sixty (60) assignments for various government entities. His outstanding analytical
skills and quality assurance knowledge had given him a chance to be in the quality assurance
team of the national Audit Office annual reports, where he reviewed the financial statements of
the central and local government authorities to ensure the quality of audit reports.
In addition, Musa had worked with Mek-One Group Companies as Chief Internal Auditor (CIA) for
the period of one year before joining Uhuru Auditors.
He had attended a number of technical trainings, which includes among others International
Standards on Auditing (ISAs), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs), International
Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) and Tanzania tax law trainings.
He had been Audit Manager for several audit assignments for local government authorities,
public authorities entities and non-government organizations. He was an audit champion of
Donor Funded Projects for the Southern Highlands Zones for the government entities, which
receives funds from the various Donors.
Currently, Musa Solomon is the managing partner of Uhuru Auditors where he is being involved in
the preparation of audit programs, conducting quality reviews and supervision of various audit
assignments and advisory services for a number of clients. In addition, Musa has been involved in
various capacity building services at Dar Es Salaam University College of Education (DUCE) and
